Scope of Privacy Policy
Welcome to Blossom Pilates website (the “Website”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bridge Pilates, LLC d/b/a Blossom Pilates (“Company”). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This privacy policy ("Policy") discloses the privacy practices and governs your use of the Website, related to what information we gather, how we use it and how to correct or change it. This Privacy Policy only addresses our activities from our servers. Other sites (including those to which the Website links and third-party sites or services utilized by us) may have their own privacy policies and practices, which we do not control.
Website Purpose
The Website (the “Site”) provides pilates tutorials for teachers, full mat workouts, apparatus tutorials, Kathy Grant exercises and monthly live classes.
Information collected by the Website and how it is used:
User Provided Information:
The Site obtains the information you provide when you create an account. Registration with us is required.
When you register with us and use the Site, you generally provide: (i) your name, email address, phone, password and other registration information; (ii) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to any offers; and (iii information you provide us when you contact us for help (collectively, “User Provided Data”).
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Site may collect certain information automatically (“Automatically Collected Information”), including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Site. However, the Site does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third parties access to information collected by the Site
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Site and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose User Provided Data and Automatically Collected Information as follows:

Opt-out rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Site easily by terminating your account. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@blossompilates.com.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Site and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to twenty-four (24) months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Site, please contact us at info@blossompilates.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Site to function properly.
Children
We do not use the Site to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@blossompilates.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of User Provided Data and Automatically Collected Data. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect such information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Site.
