This 60-minute intro class will introduce the MELT Hands-Off Bodywork™ and allow you to experience how easy it is to create change in your body regarding misalignment, chronic pain, and the negative effects associated with aging. Different from going to a therapist for bodywork, MELT empowers people with simple, self-care tools for long-term wellness. We will explore how to reacquire whole-body balance by directly affecting the cellular hydration of the connective tissue matrix using Hands-Off Bodywork™. Find out the root cause of body aches and experience immediate changes! The MELT Techniques are easy to learn, and will help you remain active, healthy and pain free for life! No pilates or body knowledge required—this class is open to all!

In this Totally unique Blossom Pilates class you’ll learn how to activate your deep core through a 10 min MELT Re-balancing Sequence and then take your connected core to the reformer for a full-body workout that further challenges your core stability and strength. What is MELT? MELT is a self-treatment technique that restores the natural balance of your body, and eliminates the negative effects of aging and an active lifestyle. MELT CORE Techniques re-balance and strengthen the neuro-muscular core system to keep your belly flat, back strong, and body functioning well. Often times, students think they are using their core during pilates classes, but often times they are really compensating with other muscles. MELT Core is the solution to stabilize your core, align your spine, decompress your neck and low back, stabilize the pelvis, and give your organs integrity for proper digestion. This class is perfect for all levels.
